David and his wife Anna, as missionaries from the Presbyterian Churches in Canada, founded and established almost 30 Roma/Gypsy schools and Churches in Transcarpathia, Ukraine. He was recommended to SARA by a older loyal Hungarian Reformed church missionary,”Donnie Bacsi”
With excellent credentials and a devout love for Christ, we encouraged him to become our Executive Director.
The official transfer of “power” was celebrated on Stephen’s 80th birthday celebration. Attending this celebration were two administrative officials from the Hungarian Reformed Church Bethesda Children’s Hospital in Budapest, Hungary.
David and Anna have officially retired but both continued with endless hours of aid and assistance for SARA.
