The weather in Transcarpathia, Ukraine is frigid, snow covers the ground and utilities are scarce.
SARA supports, with your donations: The St. Michael’s Home, The Good Samaritan Children’s Home and the Regional Children’s Hospital.
Through various reliable news sources and emails from our executive Director, the Rev. Dr. David Pandy-Szekeres, we have learned the horrible consequences of the war and bad weather. Massive electricity outages to. all three sites have impaired the care in these facilities. All three are relying on generators to keep the buildings warm and using fuel, the cost of which is extremely. high.
Doctors and staff at the independent facilities, Luke Clinic and Bethel Hofer Clinic , have limited access to medicines and supplies.
