Dear SARA family and friends,
Approximately two weeks ago, devastation happened in Transcarpathia, Ukraine, where SARA has three sites. An American owned factory, a business employing nearly 2000 workers, was bombed, destroyed by Russian invaders.
SARA has three sites within 20 kilometers of this attack. This means that the Regional Children’s Hospital. the Reformed Church Good Samaritan Children’s Home and St. Michael’s home were unplanned targets for mass casualties and environmental calamities.
!!This post is an urgent plea for survival for the state of Transcarpathia. Pictures of the black smoke, shattered windows and environmental hazards were reported by our friends and loved ones in this area.
Please consider making a donation SARA’s Emergency Ukraine Fund:
- Your assistance will help the employees of the bombed factory, who are now unemployed.
- Your assistance will ensure food and medical assistance will be transported from Hungary.
- You assistance will guarantee that free medical care will be provided by Physicians and health care workers; most of whom have received education and advanced practices under the auspices of SARA, in Hungary, France, Turkey, The UK and the US
- Your assistance will provide environmental protection from the fallout, smoke and potential hazards, of the bombing.
Thank you in advance, as always for your prayers and support.
Sincerely, your servants in Christ,
Dr. Alex Rovt, CEO and chairman of the Board
